cancer season (2022)

After the fast-paced season of Gemini, we are all finally ready to take a breath and lean into the beautiful Cancer energy which supports us slowing down.

Did you learn something about yourself during Gemini season?Now is the time to learn how to love that part of yourself.It is only through pure self-love that you can be there 100% for others - the ultimate Cancer act.

You may be tempted to spend all your energies on other people over the next month, but don't forget about yourself.Look in the mirror every day and say "I love you", or write a gratitude list.This season should be focused on integration, radical self-love & self-acceptance.

It is only when you are completely balanced between giving & receiving love that you will be able to keep your cup full.It is unsustainable to have too much of one or the other.You will begin to feel burnt out and won't be able to help anyone, including yourself.

It can be easy to feel alone during Cancer season.It is natural to want to curl up, hide in your shell, and push the world away.Focus on who or what triggers you into feeling that way.This is where you should focus your energy on healing.

For some of us this season, who are not used to feeling our emotions, it may be harder to fully embrace what may come up as you continue to integrate your new knowledge from Gemini season.

When that is the case, know that you are safe and loved, and any emotions you feel are normal.If you do not feel safe and loved - look at those around you to understand why & ask yourself the hard questions - what is the life I want, and am I taking steps towards manifesting it?Look at your answer with love & understanding, and then take the next best step for yourself.

Cancer season is all about slowing down, loving yourself & others, and giving yourself the compassion & space to grow into the life you want - which is not always the one you have created so far.How can you move forward to give yourself the life you want & love?
