Today is the Gemini Full Moon! Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication. If you remember my Sagittarius season newsletter, communication is KEY this season.

This Full Moon will support you in rewriting old stories you’re telling yourself. Take some time to reconnect with family & friends and don’t be afraid to ask them questions or dig deeper. For the next 3 days, knowledge & communication are your super powers.

In our search for knowledge & truth during Sagittarius season, we must rely on our Gemini energy to keep us curious. Where Sagittarius is focused on answering the big questions, Gemini can find even the mundane interesting.

A phrase that is gaining more and more popularity is “normalize changing your mind”. This means to suspend your judgment, keep an open mind, and focus on expanding your knowledge with an open heart. If you can stay in your integrity while changing your opinions, it will only bring you closer to your alignment.

On the other side of this Full Moon, you may feel some restless energy. Your thoughts may be racing, you may have trouble connecting with others… this is due to the Airy nature of Gemini. If those thoughts can’t be honed in on, or you can’t soften those thoughts with meditation, movement, journaling or another embodiment practice it may be a tougher day for you.

If you do have racing thoughts, approach them with curiosity. That is the theme of this whole season! Bringing to no judgment to the table, what comes up for you today? What message can you take from them?

Though Sagittarius & Gemini are on opposite sides of the zodiac, they both encourage us to approach this life with curiosity, not fear. Ask questions, change your mind, and allow your heart & mind to stay open and receive love.
