NEW MOON IN TAURUS (2024)

New Moon’s are always an invitation to pause. This New Moon in Taurus, is a beautiful invitation for us to pause & reflect on our abundance.

It’s the time to ask - where in our lives are we already abundant? Where would we like to be more abundant?

It’s also the right time to look at the reasons why you answered those questions the way you did. Also reflect on which areas of your life you immediately thought of. Was it money, family, love, career, something else? Depending on how you felt when you answered this question, this may be an indicator of a shadow that you should examine further.

Not only does Taurus have a focus on abundance, it also has a focus on security. Reflect on where in your life you feel abundant, and what is the relationship you have to security in that aspect of your life?

Taurus is an earth sign, and with 5 planets total in Earth Signs during this New Moon it’s a clear invitation to connect with the Earth. If possible, get outside today. Spend 5 minutes barefoot with your feet in the grass. Recognize the messages & clarity you may receive by taking these 5 minutes to focus on yourself & your connections to the Earth.

It’s always important to remember that even though today is the New Moon, this energy doesn’t end today. It is potent energy for at least the next 3 days, and I recommend even riding the wave for longer if it feels right to you. These questions, feelings & themes are not something that can be solved in 1 meditation or goal setting session.

These are questions that we can continually come back to and inquire further. This is a time where a journal (Perhaps the Winter Wellness Membership?) may come in handy as it’s a really easy way to look back to see how your answers about abundance & security have changed. You can even look back to 2 years ago, before the Eclipses on the Taurus axis. Where have your values changed?

New Moon’s remind us that change is inevitable & beautiful, but so is slowing down
